Map of vacations - there are only 6 days...

Mr. Employer: if you have not already done so, you have until April 15 to prepare and display the holidays map of 2014 to enjoy in 2015. The holidays map should be displayed on or in the places of work between the day time limit of the display and the day 31 of October. The holidays marking must be made by agreement between employer and employee. If there is no agreement, it is up to the employer (and in the lack of provision of regulatory instrument collective work in the contrary) to draw up the map of holiday, with dates between 1 May and 31 October. To this end, the employer should listen to the commission of workers or the interunion commission or the commission representative trade union of the worker concerned. For micro-enterprises, in the absence of agreement, the period of appointment is extended: between 1 January and 31 December. You should also take into consideration the following aspects: - The joy of the holiday period can be interpolated, by agreement between employer and employee, as long as they are enjoyed, at least 10 consecutive business days; - The spouses, or people in fact union/shared economy, working in the same company or establishment are entitled to enjoy holidays in the same period, except if there is serious injury to the company. The do not display of the holidays map is punishable with a fine, therefore, do not make it easy!
