Eletronic Complaint Book

This information is aplicable at Portugal.  The Gabinete de Contabilidade Domingos Salvador remember and alert that, since 1st of July of 2018 the Electronic Complaint Book must be available in all the Public Institutions. Yet, the suppliers of goods and services have the obligation to make available the Electronic Complaint Book until the 30th of June of 2019. What step should you take? 1.To register at the Digital Platform of Complaint Book. The registration is free, and by making it, you will receive a module of 25 electronic complaints. 2. Communicate the Electronic Complaint Book on the company site, making available a link to: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt 3. If the company doesn’t have site, the company must have an email in order to receive the complaints made thru the Digital Plataform of the Complaint Book. This text is only informative, therefore doesn’t dispense the consultation of the official document.
