The way forward in a building of a team

The business success always depends of a good administration/management team, as their business model. However, we can´t do nothing without a team that is built to the business and that don´t have the right skills.  However, as we know, it´s not easy find the right persons or build a cohesive team, so, we put here some suggestions that probably will make the process easy. Build a team tailored to your business Clearly, the most challenging, is not catch talents with technical or academical techniques but to be able to build a team that identifies with their business model, the vision, mission and, especially the company values. An employee can acquire new skills anytime, but he cannot change he´s profile. Create a suggestive open-door system encourages employees to feel more active and integrated in the company. The same way has a diversified team is always a better option to the business. A diverse team is better prepared to work with an extended number of customers. Find the correct person Be bold. Don´t limit yourself to bet in most safe choice and less irreverent and be prepared to see more than the obvious. The difference must be welcome and not to be feared. Progressive integration The creation of a host manual is fundamental but put under practice the values on the manual are essential. Receive is a synonym of time invested in the new worker, refresh the team about new possible workers in a way to adapt the new people in the communications and diary activities. Create openness and good ambiance between all the workers including the CEO´s. The transparency between the team help´s to keep the trust high with all. Development and professional qualification of skills The qualification in the business area is fundamental. However, it´s necessary pragmatic sense, because unnecessary qualifications represent a cost for the company and time lost for the worker. Employee performance assessment The assessment of the performance shouldn´t be realized without the previous communication of the personal objectives for the worker and for the collective enterprise goals. The evaluation process is more than the salary increase. It´s not fair accomplish an evaluation where the initial objectives have not been jointly established.
