Single Report: an annual obligation for employers

The Enployment Code regulation has created a single obligation (annual), at the charge of all the employers, of annual information rendering about the company social activity: the Single Report. The Single Report 2015 reports to the company's ativity during 2014 and the delivery deadline elapses between the march 16 and the april 15 of 2015. Single Report composition The Single Report, actualy, a document assmebly: the Report per se and six appendixes: Apendix A - staff establishment plan Apendix B - Workers entry and exit Apendix C - Continuous training annual Report Apendix D - Annual Report of the Security and Health Service activities Apendix E - Strikes Apendix F - Service providers The F appendix – Service providers – is optional.  Are you an independent worker and you're in doubt if you should or shouldn't deliver de SR? You'll only have to do it if you have employeees at your service. The information delivery is made electronicaly exclusively.
