Invoice reporting obligation

With the publication of the new law of 119/2019, 18thSeptember, were introduced lots of several changes of tax codes. In this article we will focus in the term changing of the invoice and filing obligation. The communication is now made until the day 12 of the next month when the invoice is issued (previously until the day 15). In spite of the standard don´t mention it explicitly, it is understood that this alteration also applies others documents that enable the goods conference and receipts issued under the cash VAT system. The following alterations take effect on the 1stOctober 2019, already apply to issued documents in September 2019.
